Born in 1976 in Tekirdağ/Saray. Graduated from Terakki Vakfı Özel Şişli Terakki High School İstanbul Technical University Metallurgy and Materials Engineering Department. Presented 'Bilgisayar Dünyası (Computer World)" program at Açık Radyo in 1995. Worked as IT editor in various publications such as PC Dergisi, Radikal Gazetesi and ZD .Net.

Prepared and presented a technology programme named 'Bağlantı' for Number One TV for a short time. Became the producer and presenter of the computer programme named 'İmleç' in 2000 at NTV. Prepared the programme named '.Net' for the same channel. Became Marketing Manager of Probil and worked as NTV IT Programmes' Consultant. Became a member of Board of Directors and Programme Manager of 'Radyo Kozmos' in 2001 (Radyo 92.3). Continued working as Radyo Kozmos Programme Manager after sale of Radyo Kozmos to Çukurova Group in 2003 and also worked as a columnist for Akşam Gazetesi for 6 months.

Co-founded Konak Medya after this period and became Managing Partner of Konak Medya. Konak Medya offers content services tailored to your organization. Tecimen is the Executive Editor of Bilgi Çağı dergisi and the co-producer of radio programme 'Bilgi Çağı' at Açık Radyo.

Became the editor of the program named Yenibir Adım at CNN Türk. Prepared and presented the business and human resources program named Fazla Mesai at TV8. Prepared and presented radio programs related with human resources topics at Radyo Kozmos 92.3 and Radyo TRT1. Became the content editor of the human resources web site 'yenibir.com' and also worked as a columnist at the same site during 2000-2002. During 2001-2005, became the editor and columnist of Hürriyet İK Gazetesi (HR Newspaper). At 2005, began working as a con sultant at Excel Hill & Knowlton. 1986'da İstanbul'da doğdu. Tuncay Azaphan Anadolu İletişim Meslek Lisesi ve Trakya Üniversitesi Radyo Televizyon Yayımcılığı Bölümü'nden mezun oldu. 2003-2004 arasında TRT İstanbul Radyo Evinde Haber İstihbarat Bölümü'nde staj yaptı. Ağustos 2006'dan bu yana Konak Medya'da reklam müdürlüğü görevini sürdürüyor.

1977'de Elazığ Ağın'da doğdu. Vefa Lisesi'nin ardından İstanbul Üniversitesi İletişim Fakültesi Halkla İlişkiler ve Tanıtım Bölümü'nü bitirdi. Öğrencilik yıllarından itibaren, Ülkede Gündem, Nokta ve Dünya gibi basın-yayın kuruluşlarında muhabirlik; çeşitli kurumsal yayıncılık şirketlerinde editörlük yaptı. "Yol Ağrısı" (Varlık Yayınları, 2004) adlı kitabı, Yaşar Nâbi Nayır Öykü Ödülü'ne layık görüldü. Varlık, E Kültür-Sanat, Evrensel Kültür, Hece Öykü ve Kül Öykü dergilerinde öyküleri yayınlanan Karataş, 2007 sonunda Konak Medya ekibine editör olarak katıldı.
